I have always been a talker and a writer, thus, the creation of this blog. I plan to be a ranter, a raver, a bragger, a complainer and storing it ALL right here. For now anyway, this is just the beginning so we will see where it goes.
Lets start with an introduction, shall we?
My name is Summer, exactly like the season- I was born in November. I currently reside in Las Vegas, where I spend 9 hours every Monday - Friday complaining about my job. More to follow when I am out of this place. I live with my wonderful Fiancé and our cat, Agent, in a pocket size apartment that I am obsessed with decorating. I have one younger sibling who could probably succeed better at my college courses that I do, and a mom and dad that I love immensely. We moved to Vegas from a small, pretty much off-the-map, town in Illinois about 6 years ago.
My fiancé is joining the Navy here soon, making me a Soon To Be Navy Wife. I am more than excited. This is a chapter of our lives that I have been waiting for, for quite some time now. I started this blog to ramble about my daily life and experiences. As we will soon be introduced to a whole new way of life, documentation is necessary. I may reminisce, but I plan to blog about married life, and especially married life with a service member in the Navy. I'm not expecting simple, and I am not expecting complete bliss but I will keep an open mind. I will be a loyal and supportive wife, and I will stay optimistic.
I'm a crafty individual, and as I said before I love to decorate, so expect to see a few projects posted. I also love to cook and try new foods. I am a smart ass, but I like everyone (in most cases), I am very emotional, and I love to smile.
Lets hope I keep this blogging thing up.
