Then I went to cycle gear to try to return the freeze out gear that Austins grandmother got him for Christmas, I had the receipt, but they wouldn't give me cash for it. So she has to return it herself so it goes back to the card the items were purchased on, then she'll give him cash. She lives about an hour away.
Then I went to Kohl's where I tried to return a coffee maker my mother got me {because we already got the Keurig}. I had trouble returning the machine for a while because they were trying to give me a whole $8 for the coffee maker my mother paid almost $70 for! Anyway, I finally got store credit back, and did a little shopping for wall decor to go above my TV. I found these little diamond mirrors:
looks a lot better in person, there is a glare from the windows ):
{whats on TV you ask? Well as you will read below, my Sunday consisted of watching the whole first and only season of Orange is The New Black!}
I had Cafe Zupas with my husband that day, I love that place for their chocolate covered strawberries, and I ate four. Its rare that I have chocolate covered strawberries and actually like the chocolate it's dipped in, but Cafe Zupas wins! I am craving them right now.
After lunch I worked up the courage to drag myself to the dreaded busy outlet mall. I had to park a mile and a half away from the one store that I needed to go into... Fossil. If I wanted to wear my beautiful new watch, I had to get links taken out, otherwise it would slide right off. Finally that errand was checked off my list and I had 2 hours before my husband was off work. I needed to go find a Keurig cup carousal. I looked in 2 Kohl's, Wal-Mart, Home Goods, Ross, and Finally Target. I finally, and took the LAST carousal that this Target had! We have about 100 cups, and this thing only holds 27. Oh well..

At 10 I went into Aveda and scheduled my massage appointment for 2. Then I went to Target and stocked up on those $1 E.L.F brushes.
I went home and took down my tree and all my Christmas Decorations. Seeing my beautiful tree empty and knowing Christmas was officially over made me sad, so it had to go! Until next year beautiful tree!
Before my massage I went to Rubios with my husband for lunch. I love Mexican food(:
So this was the first time I ever had a {professional} massage. It was amazing. I had this awesome lady, Torres {is her name} who was just awesome! I let her know this was my first time getting a massage, and she explained how it would work and what she would be doing and made me feel very comfortable. I was so relaxed and just enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely something I would do again!
Later that night we went to dinner with Austins dad, sister and his sisters boyfriend then went to his parents house to check out his dads new Asian Water Monitor. When his mom got home, her and I sat there and talked for a couple hours and drank and entire bottle of wine. ha ha.

Then we dropped her off at home and picked up lunch and went home and ate. Austin hung the new mirrors, and then we took a nap, haha! Later that night we got a call from Austin's long time friend Jake, who is in the army but is home for holiday leave. He asked us if we wanted to go to the Stratosphere with him and his girlfriend that night! We sure did! They came to our apartment around 9 and we left a few minutes later. Austin and I usually stay away from the strip. We have gone to the Paris, and we go to the fashion show on occasions, but we tend to do things away from the strip, because 1. He doesn't like people. Especially foreign tourists. 2. Things are way overpriced. 3. Vegas is more entertaining if you're 21, which we are not. So I was surprised when he wanted to go! He didn't really know what you did at the Stratosphere so I had to explain that it was a lot like Paris, except a way larger space, and higher! {He doesn't particularly like heights}. He knew there were rides up there, but we are wussies so we didn't even consider those things. Jake and his girlfriend, Michelle, rode every ride though. Vegas is really beautiful at night, and I am glad this is another thing my husband and I did together!
